I've struggled with my weight for years. This is my journey to lose the weight, get into shape, and find me again. It won't be your typical fitspo, though. I am NOT dieting. I am making lifestyle change and will continue to eat things that are considered "bad" for me, albeit in moderation. On this page you will find inspiration, motivation, exercise options, rants, vents, successes & failures. Alongside all of this you will find images of chocolate cake, chips, pasta, and other fattening foods. I won't deprive myself to become the me I want to be. What I am doing to work towards my success is eating more, eating better things and moderating junk/sweets, as well as working out daily on my own and 3 times a week with the healthy living support group I run in my community. I am also using My Fitness Pal to keep a daily food journal and maintain a record of my physical activity.
